HOW TO BUY

[STEP1] 
You must be a registered member in order to purchase the artworks. Please click here to register.

[STEP2] 
Please inform us of the artwork(s) you wish to purchase through the contact form on the artwork details page or the chat service.

[STEP3] 
After we confirm the contents of your inquiry, an Art Advisor will contact you within 3 business days.

[STEP4] 
After your order is confirmed through negotiation with Art advisor, please settle the payment for the artwork(s). There are 3 payment methods to choose from: bank transfer, credit card, or Paypal.※ For credit card payments, we accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX.

[STEP5] 
After the payment procedure is completed, we will proceed to the shipping and delivery of your artwork(s). Obligations regarding the procedures, delivery schedules, followed by the selected carrier are your sole responsibility. Should you need suggestions for a shipping carrier service, we can provide you contacts to our affiliated shipping carrier service.

 

About Membership Rank

Whitestone Online Gallery assigns "Membership Rank" to customers based on the amount of purchases they have made to date. As you progress through the ranks, more pieces will become available for purchase; allowing you to expand your collection. For more information on Membership Rank, click here.

Precautions

  • If an artwork's status is on "Pending", it indicates that a negotiation is underway by a customer and cannot be purchased or discussed in any way immediately. If you would like to receive information about a work, please contact us using the inquiry form on the work details page. We will not be able to inform you how many people are on the waiting list or exactly when your inquiry will be answered.
  • The prices of the artworks are subject to change depending on market conditions. Please note that the selling price may be revised during the sales period.
